The Opportunity
You’ll be the delivery engine for one of our biggest US client partnerships. Working alongside an Account Director, you’ll own day-to-day delivery, keep the client calm, coordinate partners and make sure big ideas actually ship – clean, on time and loud enough to matter. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a clear path to broader account leadership.
What you’ll do
1) Client delivery & day-to-day operations

Be the client’s reliable day-to-day contact for delivery: approvals, questions, timelines and quick turns.

Run client calls, write crisp recaps with owners and deadlines, and make sure actions happen.

Keep the Account Director informed – escalate smartly and own the follow-through.
2) Project & program management

Own project plans and trackers for multiple workstreams (social, creator activations, platform builds, production, comms).

Run weekly status rhythms, surface risks early and remove blockers so teams can focus on craft.

Maintain asset libraries, version control and folder hygiene – no lost files, no late surprises.
3) Launch & rapid response (our First 24–48 hr playbook)

Own the launch checklist: what can be said, who signs off, posting cadences, partner needs and reporting.

Coordinate rapid-turn comms: LinkedIn posts, partner announcements, interview Qs, and on-the-fly social assets.

Make sure launches look and feel great from day one and that we’ve captured the story and metrics immediately.
4) Partner & platform coordination

Coordinate with platform partners and external studios/creators (Roblox, Twitch, Discord, production partners) to meet technical and timing requirements.

Route creative assets and specs efficiently, confirm acceptance, and document handoffs.
5) Reporting, wraps & continuous improvement

Lead post-campaign wraps: gather performance inputs, build concise wraps and log practical learnings.

Help improve delivery templates, playbooks and ways of working so the team gets faster and cleaner.
6) Commercial & growth support

Support scope and budget tracking, vendor timelines and basic resource planning.

Spot expansion opportunities and feed ideas to the Account Director and leadership, you don’t need to close the deal, but you’ll be the one who notices the small wins that scale.
Who you are
Experience
-
3-6 years in agency delivery, account management or production (creative, social, platform or event experience preferred).

Proven at running multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines and many stakeholders.
Skills & ways of working

Solid with project tools (Asana/Monday/Airtable/Google Workspace) – you make trackers people use.

Clear, calm communicator: tight meeting notes, sharp emails, decisive follow-ups.

Comfortable with platform/partner constraints and technical briefs.

Proactive, scrappy, low ego – you solve problems early and protect the team’s time.

Enjoys working in culture/gaming/creator spaces and can adapt quickly to new platforms and formats.
Nice to have

Experience with gaming/creator platforms (Roblox, Discord, Twitch), or in beauty/fashion and Gen-Z/Alpha audiences.

Experience coordinating influencer or creator campaigns and rapid social launches.
